    From the time of order - processing, shipping and receiving the product typically takes between two days and four weeks to receive.  


    Tracking

    Although we are based in the United States and typically ship directly from the United States, to ensure that we maintain the highest quality control and promptness due to high demand, our products are manufactured overseas and may be delayed due to circumstances out of our control. 


    International Shipments may be subjected to custom duties, import taxes, goods and services tax (GST), valued-added tax (VAT), administrative and/or broker charges, and custom fees or any similar custom-related charges, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the consumer.  Please contact your local customs office for more information.

    Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy


    If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please e-mail us the order number, product condition, and a photo of the item within 14 days of delivery to receive authorization for a refund or exchange.  Please note that that unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.  


    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund or exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.


    If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  If you are approved for an exchange and the product is not available, you will be given a full refund or store credit.


    Returns will only be accepted and fully processed once we receive a tracking number and inspect the item upon receiving it. The return will not be accepted if the items are damaged, dirty, altered, used or not in its original packaging. Customer is responsible for all related shipping fees.
